What does a Lustig Consulting engagement cost?
Most engagements are scoped as a project: we size the time investment your goals actually require, and you get a clear project offer before anything starts — no fixed rate card, no guesswork. For narrower or ongoing needs — Executive Mentoring in particular — pricing can instead run on an hourly basis, currently €150/hour (+ VAT for clients in Estonia; EU clients elsewhere are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism). Either way, you’ll know the basis and the number before you decide anything.
How long does a typical engagement run?
Most hands-on delivery engagements run 4–12 weeks depending on scope. Executive Mentoring engagements are ongoing and typically structured as a monthly cadence rather than a fixed project. Exact timelines are always agreed before you commit to anything.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Pricing and commercial data are sensitive by nature, and an NDA is standard practice for any engagement — available before the first working session if you’d like one in place ahead of a call.
What if we’re not the right fit?
You’ll be told directly, on the call.
