The Same Rigor Behind the Advisory Work. Made Teachable, for Your Team or Your Students.
Not every organization needs an advisory engagement — some need their own people to learn the discipline. Lustig Consulting runs applied masterclasses in pricing, negotiation, and sales excellence for corporate L&D teams and academic programs, built on the same Director-level Simon-Kucher background and 15+ years of hands-on project work behind every engagement on this site.
Exploratory Session InquiryTwo Buyers, One Bar of Rigor
Corporate Learning & Development Teams
You want your commercial, sales, or product teams to internalize real pricing and negotiation discipline — not sit through a generic training vendor’s deck. Sessions are built from live project experience across telecom, energy, SaaS, and financial services, and scoped to your team’s actual seniority and stage.
Universities & Academic Programs
You want a practitioner, not just a theorist, in front of your students. Renato lectures at Estonian Business School (EBS) on pricing strategy and sustainable business strategy, and can bring the same applied, case-based format to your program.
Three Masterclasses, Each Standalone
Pricing Masterclass
Why pricing is the fastest profit lever, and how to use it deliberately.
- Price strategy & value-based pricing fundamentals
- Setting and structuring prices (models, metrics, differentiation)
- Running a price change without losing customer trust
Negotiation Excellence
Preparing for and running a commercial negotiation with discipline, not instinct.
- Preparing a negotiation: positions, objectives, walk-away points
- Persuasion strategies & benefit argumentation
- Objection handling and proposal writing
Sales Excellence
Turning a pricing and value strategy into a sales team that can actually sell it.
- Defining and prioritizing target customers
- Translating strategy into a sales execution plan
- Case-based practice on real, anonymized situations

Taught by the Person Who Does the Work
Renato Sydler holds a Dr. sc. in Strategic Management and Innovation and an MSc from ETH Zürich, and spent years as a Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners delivering pricing, GTM, and growth mandates across seven countries. He currently lectures at Estonian Business School (EBS), alongside running Lustig Consulting’s advisory practice — so every masterclass is grounded in work he is still doing with real clients, not a training curriculum taught secondhand.
Trusted in the Classroom and the Boardroom
Corporate sessions have been delivered to commercial and sales teams across telecom, energy, SaaS, and financial services — built on the same anonymized project experience referenced throughout this site.
Before You Schedule a Program
Can the content be customized to our industry or role level?
Yes — every program is adapted to your team’s industry, seniority, and current commercial challenges before delivery. Nothing is delivered as an unmodified, off-the-shelf deck.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
Cohorts of roughly 8–25 work best for real case discussion. Smaller groups can be accommodated; for larger cohorts, sessions are typically split to keep the discussion interactive.
How is a program priced?
Pricing is based on number of sessions, cohort size, and level of customization — not a fixed per-head training-vendor rate. You’ll get a clear quote after a short scoping conversation.
How far in advance do we need to book?
A few weeks’ lead time is typically enough for a single session; multi-session programs and academic-term scheduling benefit from more notice. Reach out early if you’re planning around a semester or fiscal-year calendar.
